Transformers MDLX Optimus Prime comes with the Matrix of Leadership, and in the 1986 film that is the whole story. Prime’s last act is handing it on. Forty years later threezero have built the version of him that was on screen that day, down to the red backpack the animators gave him and a head sculpted new for this release.
Transformers MDLX Optimus Prime details
Roughly 7 inches (17.8cm), a die-cast zinc alloy internal frame under engineering-grade plastics, moving at about 48 points. The Ion Blaster and the Energon Axe are in the box alongside the Matrix, with six pairs of interchangeable hands to hold them. Art direction is by Kelvin Sau, and an exclusive bio card illustrated by series artist Nobuyoshi Habara is included.
Why MDLX rather than a converting figure
