By using this website or placing an order with us you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear or you want something explained in more detail, email hello@akiracircuit.co.uk before you order. We would rather answer ten questions up front than disappoint one customer at the end.
01
Who We Are

- Company number: 16319092

Using This Website
You are welcome to browse, share product links and create an account. By using the site you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- The information you give us at registration and checkout is accurate and current.
- You will not use the site for fraudulent activity, scraping, automated bulk ordering, or anything unlawful.
- You will keep your account login secure and let us know immediately if you think it has been compromised.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
03
Products & Pricing
We sell licensed collectibles — figures, Loungefly bags, vinyls and accessories — sourced through authorised UK distributors. We do not sell bootlegs or unlicensed reproductions, ever.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout based on your delivery address.
Honest pricing. If a product is mispriced due to a clear and obvious error (for example £1 instead of £100) we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch. We will always contact you first.
Photographs are intended to be accurate but minor variations in packaging artwork, colour or finish can occur between production runs. The product description is the definitive specification.
04
Placing an Order
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. A contract is formed between you and us only when we send our order confirmation email after successful payment.
If we cannot fulfil your order — for example because the item has sold out, our supplier has cancelled, or we have identified a pricing error — we will notify you and refund any payment within 5 business days.
For pre-orders and reservations, separate terms apply in addition to these. Please read our Pre-Order & Reservation Terms before placing a pre-order.
05
Payment & Security
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card details.
Payment is taken at the moment you complete checkout. For deposit reservations the balance is taken later — see our Pre-Order Terms for the full process.
06
Shipping & Delivery
Standard UK orders are dispatched from our Bristol premises within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information is emailed on the day of dispatch.
- UK Standard: £2 — free on orders over £100. Signal members get free UK delivery sooner (Initiate over £75, Operative over £50, Architect over £25) and Vault Keepers always. New Signal members’ next order ships free.
- UK pre-orders: always ship free within the UK.
- Europe: £10.99 — Royal Mail International Tracked
- Rest of world: £14.99 — Royal Mail International Tracked
International orders may be subject to import duty, VAT or customs charges in your country. These are your responsibility, not ours, and are not included in our prices.
If your parcel does not arrive within the tracked delivery window, contact us at orders@akiracircuit.co.uk and we will open an investigation with the carrier and put it right.
07
Returns, Refunds & Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel a standard online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
- Factory-sealed collectibles must remain factory-sealed. Once a sealed item is opened it has been used.
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Cannot be returned: personalised items, items unsealed by you, and any item returned in a condition that materially reduces its value. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
To start a return email orders@akiracircuit.co.uk with your order number — no forms, no jumping through hoops.
08
Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items
Every order is inspected at our Bristol premises before it leaves us. If something has still gone wrong we will fix it.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us at orders@akiracircuit.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will offer a replacement, repair or full refund — your choice — and we will cover return postage.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms.
09
Intellectual Property
The AkiraCircuit name, logo, site design, original photography and written content are our property and protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to share product links and screenshots socially. You are not welcome to copy our content for commercial use without written permission.
Brand names, character likenesses and franchise artwork featured on products belong to their respective rights holders. We sell genuine licensed product through authorised distribution.
10
Privacy & Your Data
We take privacy seriously. We only collect the information we need to fulfil your order, keep your account secure, and improve the site. We do not sell your data to third parties — full stop.
Full details of what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights under UK GDPR are in our Privacy Policy.
11
Our Liability
We will always do what we have promised. If we fall short and you suffer loss as a direct result, we will put it right. However:
- Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example loss of profit, time or opportunity).
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything UK law does not allow us to limit.
12
Things Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to courier strikes, extreme weather, supplier failure, manufacturing delays, customs holds, internet outages, fire, flood, war or pandemic. If something like this affects your order we will keep you informed and offer a fair resolution.
13
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally — for example to reflect a change in the law, our processes, or the products we sell. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes are dated at the bottom of this page.
14
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled something, please contact us first at hello@akiracircuit.co.uk. We genuinely want to put it right. If we cannot resolve it directly, details of our approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider are available on request.
Our Promise To You
We are a small business built by collectors for collectors. We will always communicate proactively, honour the price you paid, and tell you if something changes before you have to ask. These terms exist to protect both of us — not to catch you out.
