HOW TIERS WORK
Tiers are based on what you spend on AkiraCircuit orders — not on bonus Signal from reviews, referrals, or other activities. Once you unlock a tier, you keep it as long as you maintain the rolling 12-month spend threshold. If your 12-month spend drops below the maintenance threshold, you’ll be moved down one tier. Your Signal balance is never affected by tier changes.

Every member gets a unique code in the format AKC-XXXXX. Share your link from My Account → Signal. The bonus is paid when your friend’s first order is confirmed. For fairness, referrals where the new account’s billing address matches yours are held for manual review.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How does the welcome bonus work?
Place your first order and, once its payment confirms, we credit 500 Signal (£5) to your account — yours to spend on your next order, not the one that earned it. One welcome bonus per member. Checked out as a guest? Create an account with the same email address and your bonus will be applied to it.
Why didn’t I get Signal for my last order?
A few possible reasons: the order was under the £5 earning minimum; the order is still on hold or pending payment (Signal is awarded once it reaches Processing or Completed); the order was paid for entirely with redeemed Signal; or you checked out as a guest. Check the order in My Account — the Signal awarded is listed there.
My tier hasn’t moved up even though I have lots of Signal — why?
Tiers are based on what you’ve spent on AkiraCircuit orders, not on your bonus Signal balance. Signal from your welcome bonus, birthdays, streaks, reviews, referrals, and set completions is yours to spend at checkout, but it doesn’t count toward tier progress. Only purchases move you up.
Can I lose my tier?
Yes — each tier has a 12-month rolling maintenance threshold (£250 for Operative, £1,000 for Architect, £2,000 for Vault Keeper). If your spend in any 12-month window drops below the maintenance threshold, you’ll move down one tier. Your Signal balance is never affected.
Can I use Signal and my monthly discount code on the same order?
No. You pick one or the other per order. The checkout will let you know if you try to use both at once.
What happens to my Signal if I return an order?
Full refund: Signal earned from that order is fully reversed; any Signal you redeemed on it is returned to your balance. Partial refund: Signal earned is proportionally reduced based on what was refunded.
My birthday is wrong — can I change it?
Birthday is set once and locked, to keep things fair. If you genuinely entered it incorrectly, email support@akiracircuit.co.uk and we can reset it for you.
When does my monthly discount code arrive?
It’s issued in the first few days of each calendar month, automatically, to every Operative+ member. You’ll get an email and it’ll also appear in My Account → Signal. It’s single-use and expires at month end.
Is the launch promotion still running?
Yes — the first 10 members to reach Operative each get £50 Signal credit, the first 10 to reach Architect £150, and the first 10 to reach Vault Keeper £300. Each tier is capped at 10 members; once 10 spots are filled at a tier, that tier’s promotion closes permanently. Paid as Signal credit when you reach the tier.
How do I check my balance and tier?
Log in and go to My Account → Signal. Your dashboard shows your balance, lifetime earned from purchases, tier progress, active perks, your current monthly code, and your full transaction history.
