The 1986 film is the last time Megatron is Megatron. He enters it as the Decepticon leader and leaves as something else entirely, and Transformers MDLX Megatron is the design threezero chased for the 40th anniversary: the swirl pattern taken off the chest, the Decepticon badge repainted in the flat animated purple the film used.
Transformers MDLX Megatron details
About 7 inches (18cm) tall, with a die-cast zinc alloy internal frame beneath engineering-grade plastics and roughly 45 points of articulation. The fusion cannon mounts on the arm, a second back cannon is included, and four sets of interchangeable hands come with it. Kelvin Sau art-directs the line; an exclusive bio card illustrated by Nobuyoshi Habara is in the box.
