S.H.Figuarts Minato Namikaze: a father and a son, fighting the same war at the same age. Minato’s return during the Fourth Great Ninja War is the emotional hinge of the whole Shippuden run — the Fourth Hokage back on the field in Kurama Link Mode, standing beside a boy he never got to raise.
What the S.H.Figuarts Minato Namikaze release includes
The sculpt and gold-shot colouring follow his animated Link Mode design, cloak and all. Seven hand parts — four left, three right — cover the seal-forming and throwing poses the character actually uses, with a kunai and an oversized Big Ball Rasengan for the set pieces. Three expression parts run from focused to mid-shout.
The part collectors will care about
Bandai has included a bonus expression part that fits the separately sold S.H.Figuarts Naruto Uzumaki -The Power To Unite-, made specifically so the two figures can be posed in their shared moment with the right faces on both. It is a small, deliberate piece of design, and it is why this release is subtitled the way it is.
