S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan Son Gohan is the Cell Games — one arm, one beam, and the fight finally handed to somebody other than Goku. Cell had spent the entire tournament being told where the ceiling was. He was told wrong, by a child in a borrowed gi.

Why the S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan Son Gohan cloak matters

This is the first figure in the Dragon Ball S.H.Figuarts line to be given a real cloth cloak instead of a moulded one, with wire run through it so it holds whatever shape you set. Sweep it back off a kick, let it hang straight for the standoff, or take it off entirely — there is a swap head part sculpted for the hair caught in the same rush of air.

Rebuilt from the joints up

Fourteen years on from the original release the body is entirely new, using the movement structure introduced on the Legendary Super Saiyan Goku with soft-material sections through the chest and waist, so the gi gives instead of fighting the pose. Four swap faces run from a full shout to a level, calm read, with four pairs of hands.
