S.H.Figuarts Shanks Marineford is the figure of the man who ended a war by walking into it. Whitebeard was dead, the Marines were still swinging, and Shanks arrived with a straw hat in his hand and stopped the whole thing without drawing on anybody who mattered.

That coat is real fabric rather than moulded plastic, worn over the shoulders the way he actually wears it — so it hangs and drapes instead of sitting on him like a shell. Underneath, the articulation is unrestricted, which is the trade a moulded cape always costs you.
Gryphon, twice, and the hat
Two versions of Gryphon are included, sheathed and drawn, along with two right wrist parts and four swap expressions. The straw hat comes with its own hand part attached, for the single scene everyone buying this figure has in mind. There is also a bonus face part for S.H.Figuarts Monkey D. Luffy -Marineford- (sold separately).

16.5cm, taller than the Romance Dawn crew as he should be, and the natural centrepiece of a Marineford group on a One Piece shelf. Roughly 1/12 collector scale.
