The head sculpt wears the tribe’s face paintings over the trademark bandana and beaded hair, and the magnetically attachable Pelegostos headdress — feathers, straw, sculpted snakes and bones — transforms the silhouette in one click. The costume is fully tailored, and the accessory list reads like the scene itself: a necklace strung with toes, the feather duster, belt trinkets (keys, a red stone pendant, a duck’s foot), and his ever-untrustworthy compass, gripped in a choice of interchangeable hands.

Display presence

The diorama base is the closer — skulls, cloth and tribal spears with the Bone Throne backdrop rising behind him, a stage rather than a stand. Headdress on, arms mid-gesture, he’s a scene in a cabinet; headdress off, he’s the definitive dishevelled captain.
