Super Saiyan 4 Goku Mini takes Daima’s most-anticipated transformation and drops it into the pint-sized body the series spends most of its runtime in. The contradiction is the appeal – the fur, the fangs and the tail, all on a figure that stands 8cm tall.
Super Saiyan 4 Goku Mini: small frame, full articulation
The Super Saiyan 4 Goku Mini shares the engineering approach of the standard Daima minis: soft material through the chest, waist and legs so the joints disappear into the silhouette instead of interrupting it. Four interchangeable expressions and four pairs of hands give it the range of a figure twice the size.
The Kamehameha
A full Kamehameha effect parts set is included, which is what makes this release worth owning over a static alternative – the cupped-hands pose is the one everybody wants and it is supported straight out of the box. Bonus energy-bullet hands are cut for the standard Son Goku (Mini) figure as well.
Displayed alongside the other Dragon Ball Daima minis, the red fur does a lot of work; this is the piece that breaks up a row of orange gi.
