What the S.H.Figuarts Satoru Gojo Jujutsu High School sculpt gets right
The Jujutsu High uniform is the whole job on a figure like this, and Bandai have buried the joints inside it rather than cutting the silhouette to pieces. The standing collar holds its line, the tunic breaks cleanly at the hip, and he still drops into a low casting stance without the tailoring folding up on itself.
Ten looks out of five faces
The round sunglasses lift off and clip onto any of the four swap expressions or the face fitted to the body, so five heads read as ten. One right hand is moulded around a mobile phone, dedicated forearm parts sink both hands into his pockets for the standing pose, and there are open hands shaped for Blue and Red.
On the shelf
At 16cm he stands level with the rest of the Jujutsu Kaisen range and sits comfortably in roughly 1/12-scale collections. Put him beside the Jujutsu High Suguru Geto from the same wave and the pair works exactly the way Bandai photograph it.
