The Loungefly Spider-Man mini backpack is the suit, cut up and made into a bag. Red across the front and the pocket, navy down the sides and the shoulders, and the black spider sitting on both.
The suit as a pattern
The red panels are quilted along the webbing lines rather than printed with them, so the pattern is raised and catches shadow. The spider on the upper panel is large and the one on the front pocket is a smaller repeat of it, both in matte black against the red. A small enamel Marvel plate sits at the base of the pocket.
The line inside
Open it and the lining carries the line the character has been defined by since 1962, printed across the fabric. 23 × 27 × 11cm, zip main compartment, exterior side pockets, adjustable straps.
