Counterfeit Loungefly bags, unlicensed Funko Pops, and grey-market figures are a real problem in UK collecting. We built AkiraCircuit to be a retailer collectors could actually trust, which starts with being honest about where our stock comes from. This page lays it out openly.
Loungefly Bags & Accessories
Every Loungefly bag we list is supplied through one of the UK’s two officially appointed Loungefly distributors: Abgee (Hertfordshire) and HEO (the European master distributor with UK operations). These are the same supply chains used by Disney Store, Forbidden Planet, and the major high-street retailers carrying authentic Loungefly stock.
S.H. Figuarts, Banpresto & Anime Figures
Anime figures and manufacturer-licensed collectibles (S.H. Figuarts, Banpresto, MegaHouse, Bandai) come through HEO, the authorised European distributor. We don’t import from overseas marketplaces, parallel-import channels, or third-party resellers. If a figure is listed on our site, it came through licensed UK distribution.
Funko Pops & Vinyl Figures
Funko Pops are supplied through the UK distribution network. Every Pop is current-licence, vault-correct, and protected in original packaging.
What we don’t do
We do not source from eBay, AliExpress, Wish, overseas marketplaces, “parallel importers”, convention resellers, or unverified bulk lots. The cost difference can be tempting on paper. The reputational and legal cost of selling a single counterfeit isn’t worth it.

Sourcing — Frequently Asked Questions
Why are you telling me who your distributors are?
Because we’d rather be transparent than vague. Most online collectibles retailers describe themselves as “authorised stockists” without saying who they’re authorised by. That phrasing is essentially unverifiable. By naming Abgee and HEO openly, we give you something you can actually check.
Doesn’t this just help your competitors?
Abgee and HEO aren’t secrets — they’re well-known UK and European distributors that any retailer in this space already knows about. The hard part isn’t finding them, it’s getting accounts with them and meeting their stock commitments. That’s not the moat. Being a real specialist who actually picks the products is.
Can you guarantee every item is authentic?
Yes — every item we sell came through the official distribution chain. If you ever receive something where you have any doubt about authenticity, contact us. We’ll work through it with you and, if there’s any genuine issue, we refund and investigate with our supplier directly.
What if a future item comes from a different source?
If we ever expand to a new authorised distributor (for example, if we add new licensed product lines), we’ll update this page to reflect that. We don’t add unauthorised sources. If we ever can’t supply something through proper channels, we don’t stock it.
How does this compare to buying directly from manufacturers?
For most product lines, “buying directly from the manufacturer” isn’t an option for UK consumers — manufacturers like Bandai or Funko sell exclusively through authorised distributors, not direct-to-public. The distributor network is the legitimate route, and it’s the route we use.
